Chef Steven is firing up the HotBox (his very own mobile smoker) and cooking all the Fest Faves, plus a few BVT signatures, like our Smoked Reuben and our fall-off-the-bone Ribs.
It’s lakeside, it’s lively and it’s loaded with ocean-fresh goodness.
