Salary: $15.00 /hour


A successful candidate for Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and managing front desk receptionists
  • Training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service and ensuring that all company policies are followed
  • Additional tasks comprise of handling customer inquiries and resolving customer problems.
  • Oversee greeting/check-in of club members.
  • Use club software to take reservations/update memberships.
  • Operate point of sale.
  • Pleasant telephone manner.
  • Monitor clubhouse and restroom sanitation and orderliness.

Qualifications: Positive and reliable. Experience in customer service. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. Computer literate. Able to follow directions. Previous customer service experience preferred.

Flexible schedule, seasonal full time hours available. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Previous customer service experience preferred.
